Your responsibilities
- You manage all activities for innovation of project implementation with regards to PV, Wind and BESS.
- You develop new business strategies with regards to technology innovation and project hybridization (PV + BESS/Wind).
- You work with all Construction Unit teams and departments (Engineering, Procurement, Construction and O&M) to optimize the design, maximize the yield and minimize the costs.
- You propose new EPC strategies to strengthen competitiveness and prepare internal reports for the HQ and Management.
- You support software development for internal system improvement.
- You work with Procurement Teams to enable cost reduction through bundling of purchasing activities, proposing new supplier strategies.
- You conduct benchmark and market MI of other competitors, developing a data bank for internal purposes.
- You study new construction methods and engineering improvements.
- You provide recommendations for continuous improvements in project designs, plans, processes, and product development.
Your task:
- You possess a university degree in Engineering or an equivalent field.
- You have over 5 years of experience as a Project Manager specializing in technology innovation for PV, Wind, and BESS.
- You are required to have proficiency in MS Office and PVSyst.
- You are fluent in both Korean and English.
