Your responsibilities
- You directly support the CIO and the Head of Investment Banking in overall Q Energy Solutions level corporate finance transactions, including the buildup of a renewables IPP platform, expanding our new business footprint and potential equity capital raising.
- You will execute M&A transactions.
- You support investor communications and IR.
- You execute feasibility studies and transaction structuring for strategic investment opportunities.
You contribute to our success if
- You have successfully completed your university degree in Business/Economics or a related degree and have already 7 or more years of experience in a top tier Investment Bank, Private Equity or a from the transaction services department.
- You have direct experience in infrastructure investments, corporate M&A and / or Equity Capital Market transactions, managing the entire process - from deal origination to closing.
- You have a thorough understanding of EU renewable energy market.
- You possess a highly confident numerical skill set, with proficient Excel financial modelling.
You are business fluent in English, enabling effective communication in diverse professional settings.
