Your tasks:
- Support for IT equipment installation and equipment-related issues for Iberia employees
- IT asset life cycle management in the Iberia region
- Initial incident support for Microsoft 365 issues
- Groupware and M365 user management
Your profile:
- You have a degree in computer sciences/ IT or equal
- You have a user centered mindset
- You have fluent Spanish and English language skills
- You have experience in ticket and task management with GLPI and Jira
