Your responsibilities
- You develop comprehensive project plans, outlining scope, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.
- You collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure alignment with project goals.
- You oversee project execution, monitor progress, and proactively identify and address potential issues.
- You conduct regular site visits to ensure construction activities align with project specifications and quality standards.
- You manage project budgets and control costs throughout the project lifecycle and implement effective cost tracking and reporting mechanisms to ensure financial objectives are met.
- You build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, regulatory bodies, and contractors. As well as, communicate project updates and key milestones to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
- You identify project risks and develop strategies to mitigate potential issues.
- You implement risk response plans and maintain a proactive approach to risk management.
- You ensure adherence to industry standards, codes, and regulations.
- You implement quality assurance processes to guarantee the delivery of high-quality PV projects.
- You lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment and provide guidance and support to team members, resolving conflicts as necessary.
- You maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and progress reports and generate regular status reports for internal and external stakeholders.
You contribute to our success if
- You have completed your Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- You already possess proven experience managing utility-scale photovoltaic projects, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
- You have a strong knowledge of solar energy systems, construction processes, and relevant regulations.
- You are a excellent communicator, negotiator, and have good problem-solving skills.
- You are business fluent in English and Spanish. Any other European language is advantageous.
