(Senior) Transaction Manager - Renewable Energy (all genders)

You manage Equity and Project Finance transactions across Europe and raise the capital for our large and further growing renewable energy assets (PV, Wind, BESS).  

You negotiate relevant transaction contracts (SPA, EPC, O&M, Facility Agreements, PPA, etc.) in close collaboration with other internal teams.  

You manage the entire due diligence process with support of our Junior team members vis-à-vis investors and lenders on the sell-side.  

You execute mandates with external legal, technical, and financial advisors are required for your transactions. 

You structure, negotiate, and close Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs).  

You maintain and develop lasting relationships with investors, lenders, offtakers and advisors.  

You assist regarding the evaluation of investments in projects that are in the development stage.  

You have successfully completed your studies with a focus on Business Administration, Finance, Engineering or similar and can look back on at least 5 years of professional experience in a similar role, in the renewable industry.  

You bring a solid track record in project finance transactions and/or in executing equity transactions on the buy- or sell-side either with a developer, investment fund/IPP/Utility or advisory firm. 

Any experience in executing PPAs is a plus.  

You have experience working in a fast-paced environment and a detail-oriented and structured way of working characterizes you.  

You have an understanding working in an international and multicultural environment and have a high level of cultural awareness.  

You are business fluent in English. German or Spanish are a plus.
