Land Scout - Italy (all genders)

You identify eligible and suitable land for renewable development (PV, ESS, Wind, etc), utilizing tools like GIS to screen out specific restrictions.  

You fine-tune the GIS analysis tool by adopting more detailed screening criteria, enhancing the precision of your land assessment.  

You proactively find contact points to the landowners and initiate initial conversations with compelling business proposals, fostering positive relationships. Conducting thorough land register checks is part of your process to ensure the feasibility of the identified locations.  

You skillfully negotiate and sign Land Lease Agreements, demonstrating your proficiency in securing essential agreements for project development.  

You seamlessly coordinate with the engineering team, ensuring a smooth integration of technical details, once grid offers are received.  

You will travel regularly throughout Italy to meet with land owners, local authorities, and other stakeholders. 

You have successfully completed training or studies.  

You have at least 2 years of professional experience in land acquisition in an Italian context, ideally for photovoltaic, wind, and hybrid projects.  

You possess excellent knowledge of municipal decision-making processes. 

You have experience in project management and are highly organized. 

You work customer- and goal-oriented and have strong communication and assertiveness skills.  

You are business fluent in Italian and English. Any other language is a plus.
