Your responsibilities
You identify and pursue M&A opportunities within the project pipeline.
You lead due diligence, assessing commercial feasibility and managing risks.
You negotiate and manage contracts with developers, ensuring cooperation.
You establish co-development schemes, negotiate agreements, and assess feasibility.
You manage greenfield projects, handling landowner relationships and regulatory processes.
You coordinate public/private affairs, business proposals, and dialogues with authorities.
You oversee overall project management for pipeline readiness, including schedule and cost control.
You will lead the establishment and management of your team in Italy, overseeing its development and day-to-day operations. Including, building up the team, fostering collaboration, and ensuring optimal performance for overall success in the Italian context.
You contribute to our success if
You have successfully completed your university degree, demonstrating a strong educational foundation.
You possess extensive experience in renewables, showcasing a track record of leadership, international exposure, and proficiency in project management and project leadership.
You are result-oriented, customer-focused, and exhibit analytical thinking, emphasizing a commitment to achieving tangible outcomes.
You are familiar with negotiating SPA/DSA with developers and bring valuable experience in Greenfield development, contributing to the strategic growth of the organization.
You are business fluent in both English and Italian, enabling effective communication in diverse professional settings.
