Junu Lee
Chief Executive Officer & Head of France Division
Junu is CEO of Q ENERGY. Before joining Q ENERGY, he held various leadership positions within the Hanwha Group, spanning strategy, sales planning, manufacturing, and business management across Asia, the US and Europe. With extensive experience in the energy sector, Junu played a key role in shaping Hanwha Solutions’ energy strategy and was one of the architects behind the creation of Q ENERGY.
Mauro Di Fiore
Head of Germany Division
Mauro oversees all our operations in the German market. With more than 25 years of experience in construction and renewable energy, he has held senior leadership positions within Qcells and Q ENERGY, including Vice President Global EPC. His extensive expertise in project delivery and business operations has played a key role in the growth and success of Q ENERGY.
Caleb Kim
Head of Iberia Division
Caleb oversees our business in Spain and Portugal. With more than a decade of experience within Hanwha Group and the renewable energy sector, he has held leadership roles across business development, strategy, and downstream operations. Having played a key role in building Qcells' downstream business and supporting the launch of Q ENERGY, Caleb now leads the company’s activities and growth strategy across the Iberian Peninsula.
Changha Seo
Head of EPC Iberia
Changha leads all Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) activities across Spain and Portugal. With more than 20 years of international experience in the conventional and renewable energy sectors, he brings extensive expertise in project delivery, procurement, and global supply chain management. Having held key leadership roles within Qcells and Q ENERGY, Changha plays a central role in ensuring the successful execution of Q ENERGY´s solar, wind, and energy storage projects across Iberia.
Eduardo de la Hera
Head of Spain & New Business Development Office
Eduardo leads our development activities and growth strategy in the Spanish market and New Business development across Iberia. With more than 20 years of experience in renewable energy, he has held senior leadership roles across project development, EPC, O&M, business development and P&L management, including the delivery of large-scale international energy projects. In his current role, Eduardo drives the expansion of Q ENERGY's Spanish portfolio and the development of new business opportunities across solar, wind, and energy storage and emerging energy solutions.
Bruno Oliveira
Head of Portugal Business Office
Bruno is responsible for driving Q ENERGY's growth and identifying new opportunities in Portugal's renewable energy sector. With more than 20 years of experience in wind energy, solar PV, and energy infrastructure, he combines strong commercial leadership with deep expertise in project development, supporting Portugal's transition to clean energy.
Guillaume Guemard
Head of Development France & Deputy Managing Director France
Guillaume leads our development activities and supports the company’s strategic growth in France. With more than 15 years of experience in renewable energy development, particularly in the wind sector, he has successfully led multidisciplinary teams and advanced projects across multiple French regions. Combining deep industry expertise with close stakeholder engagement, Guillaume plays a key role in expanding Q ENERGY’s renewable energy portfolio in France.
Chloë Finot
Head of Operational Excellence France & Deputy Managing Director France
Chloë oversees Quality Management, Health, Safety & Environment, Asset Management, Insurance, Digital Transformation, and Communications in France. Together with her team, she ensures operational excellence and the highest standards across all business activities. With more than 20 years of experience in leadership roles spanning Business Development, Operations & Maintenance, and Asset Management, Chloë brings extensive expertise to Q ENERGY France.
Clémentine Huber
Head of Legal France & Compliance Officer France & Deputy Managing Director France
Clémentine oversees all legal, compliance, and governance matters for Q ENERGY France. With more than 15 years of international legal experience, she brings extensive expertise in corporate law, M&A, and renewable energy regulation. Since joining the company in 2014, she has built and leads a multidisciplinary legal team supporting Q ENERGY's growth and business activities across France.
Jochen Endle
Head of Communications & Marketing
Jochen leads the Communications and Marketing team, steering Q ENERGY´s brand, visibility, as well as internal and external communications across Europe. With more than 15 years of experience shaping the communications strategy of Qcells and Q ENERGY, he plays a key role in driving the company’s positioning in the renewable energy sector.
